Report a translation problem
One issue is that there's just not enough ammo since the pistol was replaced with assault rifle and the chaingun eats ammo.
Then again, I never played Brutal Doom in a serious way (always with all weapons unlocked and easy difficulty).
With that being said, this is NOT Brutal Doom. The real Brutal Doom was made for the GZDoom sourceport with the amount of changes and mechanics it adds. Given the state of the mod manager at the moment, I wouldn't be surprised if this was just a cheap knock off dumped onto there without Sgt. Mk. IV's permission.

I doubt mark has a problem with it. And if he does? Oh well.
It's best to ignore him and all of his works entirely but if you absolutely have to, taking his stuff without his permission is always the morally correct and preferred way compared to asking him and thus interacting with that piece of
