Outside of competitive games there's no reasons to go beyond 60.
It's like these PC gamers that think that Ultrawide support should be mandatory to enjoy games.
If your screen is 60hz. You won't get much benefits in a game like this by running it at 240.
Numbers going up does not always mean superior, sometimes it's pointless.
But I guess they could, at the very least, offer an option to uncap framerate.
Gives me 700 fps
Please stop spouting this absolute nonsense. Do more than five minutes of research. Do you play on a bad TV, or a monitor from 2010, or something? As someone who has only very recently experienced the upgrade from 60hz to 120hz + Freesync/Gsync, the difference is night and day, and there is simply no going back. Ever.
Any fast-paced game will benefit from a higher FPS.
