Can I put the new soundtrack on GZDoom?
I really loved the new soundtrack, but i wish I could play with Brutal Doom, is there a way to rip the files and put on the GZDoom port?

Yes, but the sound files aren't named correctly by default to play them in other source ports. Open up the extras.wad in SLADE and all of the high quality ones are prefaced with an "H_" and that needs to be a "D_". I recommend exporting them, renaming them, and making a new wad.

The soundtrack has been around for PC for ages already, just use a search engine and look for "doom idkfa mod" and it should be the top ModDB result.

Some of the DOOM 2 tracks are exclusive iirc.
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

This works GREAT, and gives you the new Doom 2 tracks as well. All I did was open up SLADE, open extras.wad, and then I sorted by name before renaming all H_* files to D_* files. I saved it as extras_renamed.wad, added that to my files in Doom Launcher, and loaded it up.

Wow, that's really good to know! Thank you!

Awesome, worked like a charm, the thing is to make the menu songs work, I guess i have to do what Silvertear said and execute with the extras.wad

Everything is working for me except the intermission music for Doom 1. Has anyone found a way to make it work?

This gets most of the way there but the original Doom 2 requires some of the tracks to be repeated with slightly different names or you'll revert to midis on later levels that reuse music. They worked around this with a tracklist file for the re-release that assigns the songs to their appropriate levels.

If you don't want to mess with it, I've already done the work and have WADs that work for the whole game here https://www.reddit.com/r/Doom/comments/1enyv5f/comment/ljnkrlt/?context=3

Copy H_E2M3 and rename it D_INTER
Best to have separate .wad files for the ost per game
