Edit: It looks like they're in the official mod list now.
TNT, Plutonia, Sigil, and No Rest for the Living were official (and semi-official) mods which are now on the main menu selectable from the start. Frankly, Sigil II should be on the main menu and not a download too, but no matter. I'm more frustrated with the "file naming" and how the addons are stored in a local user folder instead of a WAD folder inside the main game install directory. It's going to get messy across multiple user profiles. DLC should never be stored where the save files go.
I agree with you, I had trouble to find them as well.
I hope they can make an update and move the downloaded wads to inside the application folder.

Sigil, Final Doom and No Rest for the Living are baked into this version via the main menu selection, most of the others (not including Scientist & Tetanus) were in the Featured Mods menu pretty early on, now Scientist & Tetanus are also in the Featured Mods menu, so everything is fine.
