There is also UncookedMoa’s mod packs for a bunch of the included releases here (minus Legacy of Rust, No Rest for the Living and Sigil) that brings back red crosses as well
This is one of those laws that makes me feel like I'm taking crazy pills.
"It is often vital for aid workers that the Red Cross is identified and respected as an aid organisation."
https://www.pcworld.com/article/1989513/did-you-know-that-this-symbol-is-forbidden-in-video-games.html
"Yeah, so I was in my war-torn country and I desperately needed food and shelter and I saw this organization with this big red-colored cross thing and it made me remember a video game and obviously I could not respect those guys so I didn't get any food or shelter and I died."
Also why in Middle Eastern countries they use the Red Crescent? It's not even a christian cross.
You know if anything, wouldn't the symbol in video games help people recognize it as something you go towards in time of need? Namsayin?
But there are still games, in rare cases, using red crosses. Nobody is forbidden from using it.
I don't think you can get sued or anything if you decide you wanna use a red cross in your game.
It's more of a "moral" ground than a "legal" one.
