Doom 3 styled WAD for Doom

Anyone know any good single player wads that mimics doom 3s map style. I know one wad that does this (I think the creator was spanish). It was very detailed and it mimiced the art style doom 3 had. So I'm wondering if there's any other wads like it.

If not. Do you know any wads that has a lot of details to it?

(be careful: I playtested the map with GZDoom and it was nice. But later my whole PC crashed in the very beginning of the map. I didn't try yet to recreate this crash. But the quality of the map is very good, catches the good old doom 3 feeling!


The creator had a older map called UDoom3.wad. But I cannot find a working download for this map on the internet anymore. Even webarchive.org cannot help there.

But who knows how the quality of the lost map was.

I thought someone remade doom 3 in the old engine, but I was wrong. I could not find any project that tried this.

There is one that I found. I guess its also famouse.

Knee-deep in Zdoom.

Remake of episode 1 of Doom and holy sh*t is it detailed. Be warned, lots of backtracking and you can get lost as you progress through the levels.
