Is Zandronum safe? Using for Brutal Doom.

I was following instructions to install the Brutal Doom mod,and I got to the part where I was to install the Zandronum launcher, when after the download finished, Norton Security halted the download and removed the file. According to details located in the "File Insight" page, there was an "Insight Network Threat". "There are many indications that this file is untrustworthy and therefore not safe." It appears as though the threat is a file known as "WS.Reputation.1". Is this an actual threat? Is Zandronum a safe software to install overall? Any advice and help is appreciated!

it is safe. if you download it from official site , the alarm might be because the zandronum has built in multiplayer programs. i used it for 1 year with out any problems before changing to gzdoom. and get avast antivirus or better.
