DOOM 1/2 Remaster CONFIRMED??

Same thing happen with Quake 1 expansion, was removed from Steam, and at Quakecon we saw big Remaster for that game. This is a teaser for what we will gonna see at Quakecon this year, hmm... :))

Strange to happen this before the Quakecon few days before.

He's probably the type of person to SWAT a transgender person who streams on Twitch. He seems like a very angry, bitter, and unsuccessful person in life. Who hates himself and life. The general tone of you is directed at everyone who wants a remaster I take offense at that. And Idc if you think I'm entitled maybe I'am I spend money on steam so yea, I give them money. Customer is always right.

I'm not twisting ID's arm and demanding remasters for everything but quake2 is coming anyway.

i definitely want to see a remaster too, gotta get all those steam chievos and all. i gotta try for the quake 1 ones again sometime soon. i'd say they did a pretty decent job with that port

Nevermind man if that's how you feel then what is there to debate, you're on our side then.
As for doom1-2 I prefer brutal doom to vanilla and there's no chance in hell there will ever be a brutal doom remaster but it would be awesome.

But vanilla doom1-2 with achievements like 360 with easy online matchmaking would breathe new life in vanilla imo.

It's already done, we have the Unity engine ports with enhancements.

They run at a low res though, and the pixel art could be redrawn in higher resolution, among other things if they want to really do a "remaster."

They changed the image for DOOM 1993 ( https://prnt.sc/v0wShlvV5RwK ), but they didn't changed for DOOM II, i hope to see new image for that too, kinda nice to see older games revived like this on Steam, i like it. ^.^
