Add-ons in Doom and Doom 2
There are several add-ons with the same name in both games, are they exactly the same? Or there are some differences in weapons and enemies?

At first, the add-ons were exclusive to either Doom 1 or Doom 2 except for those from Final Doom (Evilution and Plutonia), but it looks like Bethesda/id Software gave that idea up. As the content from an add-on is always the same, you can play Doom 1 with the content from Doom 2 thanks to some of the add-ons.
