Display Options- transparency vanilla
--Rocket, blood and bullet- sprites only
Display/hardware Renderer- sector light software
--banded SW- on
--fog standard
--enhanced nightvision- off
--fuzz style- software
Display/hardware/postprocessing- tonemap mode palette
Texture options nothing fancy, no filter mode

Yup, seems like it. But since 320x200 isn't in the Resolution Presets option (The lowest is 640x480), you have to go through Scale Factor and then scale by half, to get half the resolution. From my understanding of it, I could be wrong.
Lighting also needs to be Software OR Vanilla, but keep in mind Vanilla gets DARK.
