how do you restart on doomsday?

so me and a friend just completed episode 1, but we want to go back, how do we start from mission 1 again?

Before starting a server you can use the command -warp 1 1

well im not starting one, i just joined the one server in the multiplayer tab. i finished the first episode, but when i join its just a black screen. is there anyway to progress, or change the missions so i can play?

To be honest, I don't have any knowledge regarding to Doomsday's multiplayer servers, and I don't think you'll have much luck asking through Steam.
