probably need to check your PC mate
maybe its the 16gb of ram? (my processor its an I5)
i did re download the game a month ago, steam was having trouble looking for the files when i moved them to another HDD, so i downloaded the game again
maybe try a clean install?
So I went to the game folder of castle story and made a shortcut of "castle story.exe" on my desktop, right clicked it and started it manually with my graphic card.
Now I was able to start a new map!
Since I'm on a notebook with an internal graphic chip AND a graphic card my guess is that Castle story itself decides to start using the internal one instead of the graphic card which it actually should use.
I tried to manage it in my nvidia settings but for some reason I still have to right click my shortcut on the desktop.
Unfortunately steam overlay is not working then.
Hope that helps.
Push "Control" and click on the blue print. You'll need to be in "Edit Mode" to modify a blue print. If you're not already in the "Edit Mode" push the "tab" button on your keyboard.
