ZyXEL P8702N is a horrible router any router experts around?

This router sucks, i got port 3000 and 3141 set to open on both but some hidden settings in my router must be ♥♥♥♥ing with me cause the ports will no open, even on dmz they all remain closed X_X
I have tried setting firewall to low and even off and still closed, i have tried everything i could think of.Port triggering also does nothing...please any one that can help me out?

I reseted my router and some how that did it lol no idea why it took so long X_X
