Downloading mods for March of the Eagles *Please help*

I saw a video of a 1792 mod for the March of the Eagles and it looked pretty cool and enjoyable, so I went to download page but I had no idea where to install the mod, what to open it with and if there's anything-else I need to do to sort out the mod. Could someone help me by detailing how I should install this mod because I've been trying to download it for an hour or so right now.

C: Programs> Steam> SteamApps> Common> March of the Eagles> mod
Put the files in there and while starting the game choose at the opening window the mod. Finish :)

Wow, thanks for the help, it would have taken me ages to find where to put the files otherwise.

You can only get it from the Paradox MotE User Mods forum . Installation instrctions are there too, BTW.
