Control Disk?
Is there a 4th disk that can be unlocked or something? Because the upgrade for libraries states something like legendary or mythical libraries can be found on the 'Control Disk' but the only disks I have access to is Portal, Key and Master Disk?

it means the master disc, the wording is very inconsistent through out the game, especially for upgrades and artifacts

Thank you! I was seriously thinking my game was broken because I couldn't unlock the 4th world. Good to know there isn't a 4th world yet.
