It is part of the game files function. Your anti-virus is just too overly protective.
You must go into your windows firewall settings and unblock FireFall installer.
Or whichever way how you do it.
Honestly allowing the entire folder also helps cut down scan times since it isn't scanning the folder, especially if it's a game you know is clean.
It's basically what's used to report game crashes, so not something "required" to have the game run.
