Cant login

When I try to play I get an error and it wont let me login telling me only early access and beta members can play. But ive been in the beta for a year or 2 actually and it stil wont let me login.

Maybe typed in wrong email address if it's been so long? I would ask their support team for help.

Having the same problems here. I donated in beta and have an active account on their page but can't log into the game :/

Try the link in the firefall support page that says "installing firefall for steam" and follow the instructions there. It worked for me.

Edit: Just had to restart the game and it auto logged me in.

Got a response from an employee, I'll copy it here in hopes it'll help you:
If you're trying to launch the client through Steam and are experiencing this issue, can you please uninstall your standalone Firefall client? We've found that for some reason the two clients interfere with each other.

If you are running the client through Steam as a non-Steam game for the overlay, please don't for now. We've found that this causes login issues as well.
