Sharing with you my memories and perhaps closure.
The years begin to count.

It still amazes me that after all these years I still think back to the years in Firefall with pleasure and nostalgia.

As a game it was a place I knew and where I felt quite at home.
Many of the graphics were breathtaking.
Distant views,sunsets,mountain ranges and empty expanses with mammoths to name a few.
And I would be deluding myself if I did not mention here the ladies who brightened the world of Firefall. Thank you all.

I can still remember most/if not all places and situations.
The game itself was ultimately predictable and delightful.

It's like an old friend who is no longer around while you are still so eager for a chat.
C'est la vie.

i must confess i still feel sadness about the end of it.

Yeah, it still hurts man. I feel you, firefall was something special, I wish that one of us had the resources to get it going again. Firefall on like Unreal 5 would be something else!

tell me about it. There are three things I think about very regularly.

1. The Roman Empire, especially why they failed.

2. USA politics today and how we are heading to failure too. Repeating the same mistakes roman made.

3. Firefall and why red5 sold out to the9

Firefall brings me the most sadness believe it or not. There was no need for this. I still hope I will be able to play it again one day. We'll see.

I hear you.
This is really a game that you truly never forget. So many amazing memories and it was a community that was like no other even the dev team. It was one of the least toxic and the most welcoming and felt that everyone was having a really fun time Red 5 & Players.

I remember hanging out on the forums whilst we all waited for a patch to drop and there was so many of us on replying back and forth simply waiting but enjoying the company.

I'd love to visit Copa again and be back in the world of Firefall. If it were to come back I know it will likely not be the same but I'd jump back within a heartbeat.

Thank you all for making it such a unique and wonderful place. I really hope we can all meet fire side again one day.
