PC Save File Location?

I was poking around trying to find the save file location (I would like to move it from my laptop to my PC if possible) but I couldn't find anything obvious. Does anyone know what file(s) would need moved to transfer my game?

hopefully they will add steam cloud save game support.
I'd really like to be able to play it at work and use the same save game as my home pc.

The Dev has stated hes working on moving saves out of the registry and adding Steam cloud support.

How is it UAC won't let a program write a .txt to the program files directory but it can write save data to the registry? That kind of practice shouldn't even be allowed.

Nice. 11 years later and it still doesnt have cloud saves.
