Guide on how to obtain company jobs. CONTAINS SPOILERS.

Easiest:
A. Nottinghill - 1. Go to Nottinghill for the first time
2. Buy a mask from a noble or The Jester from Nottinghill
3. Wait for a day and receive your reward.
4. Receive the reward and wait for another day
5. Turn in Elric to the Royal Custody (It doesn't matter what choices you make afterwards).

Easy
B. Kai - 1. Go to Kai for the First time.
2. Receive the quest from Kai.
3. Go to Kazuujan, and pay to visit the dragon.
4. Inquire about a loan for Natia.
5. Go back to Kai.

Hard (It's hard because you lose most of your items here)
C. Shikyomo 1. Go to Shikyomo for the first time.
2. After the Guard Introductions, Receive the Quest from Kikyo.
3. Spread the resistance flag to 9 people.
4. Click the Next Customer Button.
5. Never snitch on Kikyo, be exiled, and lose half of your inventory.
DO THIS QUEST FIRST BEFORE YOU GRIND YOUR EYES OUT.


Apocalypse
D. Citadel1. Go to Egilsdottir for the First Time.
2. Accept Yuma's Quest and gain access on the Citadel.
3. Go to the Citadel for the first time.
4. Accept the Quest from Incantito.
4.1(Optional). Go to the King of Thieves from Ingress Rock.
5. Find the Traveling Shapeshifter from all over the Kingdom.

Catching the Shapeshifter Tip: He doesn't like traveling to cold places and the citadel.

I've noticed that it is possible to never get caught doing the Shikyomo quest, in which case you never lose your stuff but still get the import job button thing from there. Just only trade the flyers to people who are willing to do illegal business with you without calling the guards (trading in coin and so on), and you'll be fine.

Personnaly, I ended up doing the shikyomo quest without getting caught but I did some trade with the guards. However I only traded for their coat of arms and never gave any of them a sign. Also I gave a sign to Yoshimasa who told me I shouldn't play with smt dangerous like that and he didn't count for the quest, so I had to get another sign from Ryuko.

No. You see the variable for Nottinghill Company Jobs is default set to "false" and it can only be set to "true" if you turn elric or snitch on elric in nottinghill. forcibly turning it "true" makes the game go into a black screen.
