During the last phase, just run in and tap on the head, and repeat multiple times.
Thanks. Overall enjoyed the game and hope you can work on a sequel. I loved some of the metroidvania aspects and would love to see you expand on that.
I know you guys wanted to end the game with a bang but honestly it's just too long and really because of how many health syringes you can craft it's a trivial affair and doesn't need to be as long as it is. The second and third phase were OK but the First phase needs to be trimmed down. Maybe remove like half the amount of orange dots? I had over 60 of those health plants but didn't feel like converting them again for the final fight. It would also be nice to have an option to just skip the converting part. It was AMAZING for the first like dozen times, but became really tedious after.
Would also be cool to have a grapple hook where you could bring an enemy close to you or use it to take away their shield.
For a small team you guys did amazing! it would be so cool to see what you guys could do with a bigger team. More biomes, more enemies with specific weakness. A scanner type device like in Metroid prime that would help identify enemy weakness, or enviromental stuff, etc.
You guys are just a few steps away from a Metroid Prime like VR experience and I think it's obvious that you guys are inspired by Metroid Prime as it's one of the best games and would in itself be great for VR.
I know how to beat him, and basically did, it's just that I found it very tedious and more annoying then anything.
I got to the part at the very end where you climb the tree to deliver the final blow when my battery died and I just didn't want to waste the time crafting syringes and repeating the fight.
Keep up the great work and hopefully the sales are good. Sorry for original post as it came off a bit harsh.....heat of the moment annoyance really.
One thing I think would be great for you guys to consider is contact Meta and maybe try to get funding. Basically Quest 4 will be out in less then 2 years, and you guys could start building the sequel for that platform, as I believe it will support Foveated eye tracking for all games, and it's GPU should be at least 3x from the one in quest 3 if rumours are true. You should be able to provide a PC like experience for the next Quest. Meta is always looking for talent and you guys have one of the best rated Indie games on PC and PSVR 2 right now.
Honestly with some growth, you guys could become really big as you have talent and understand VR mechanics. But, without Meta right now, it'd be very hard to make a lot of money.
Thanks for supporting PCVR and PSVR2 as I don't think the Quest 3 would be able to handle this game....but crazier things are happening, like original Bone Works coming to Meta and I thought that would be impossible.
I'd much rather pay a higher price for a PCVR experience than have to buy a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ facebook headset peripheral just to play a dumbed-down version of the same game
I did the same, didn't realise until 2/3rds of the way through the game
