Where is it possible to get the official android app?

O googled it and only found apparently "suspicius" web sites.

Not sure what you call suspicious but a quick google search found wittyminx's itch.io page that has the android apk. I'd provide the direct link but steam gets a bit cranky about that when it's going to other store pages.

Thank you very much. It was the first place I searched in. Strangely, if I search for it through the website itself, it doesn`t find anything. Had to specifically Google the game name and itcho, otherwise, only with the game name, not even itcho appears on Google`s search...
