Achievement Unlocked 3 - Sacrificial Pellet 5x Issue

So I'm not sure how, but I managed to lock myself out of getting 100% completion by saving Sacrificial Pellet 5x for last. I completed the other 399 achievements, redeemed all the remaining coins I had for pellets, and after offering the final batch I had only done 4 out of the 5 required offerings.

I'll probably come back to this in a few days with a fresh save to complete it for real (and with how much I enjoy these games, a replay for at least one of them was bound to happen at some point), but it's still a bit deflating to get denied right at the very end.

For some reason I got this one and a few other achievements before I actually should have. I think there's a failsafe to prevent softlocking but it's not perfect.
