Engine/Flash Question
Will the games collection run on a flash emulator or are they ports to something modern that performs well with fullscreen and such?

The demo feels like a flash emulator but I haven't found any concrete answers so I wanted to ask.

The games are remastered in AIR, which allows Flash content to run on your computer. I don't think I would call it emulation as AIR is a tool directly used to deploy Flash content
