yep for sure! Also I noticed some maps have other rooms where the rift may appear, so the layout should change. But so far im getting the maps (dry docks etc) always with same rift location
and ahhhh that order arboretum layout is so good, I don't account for skeletons/water elementals with my setup. I've been trying some more floor-centric trap builds recently so I'd be able to make that work for sure.

Here's what it looks like ingame, since the multiple elevations can make it look trickier than it actually is. It's important to block it like this so that the middle section underneath the bridge is kept clear so you can more easily counter flyers/hunters.

Alternatively, for 19 barricades you can funnel the two front entrances up the opposite side of the stairs so that they end up going outside alongside the same route the two side doors take and through the giant archway at the bottom side of the map. Great for setups that are more floor/wall focused.

It forces all the orcs through the bridge that crosses the interior of the observatory, above the rift itself. I use this as the killbox:

Works well enough.
If you have barricades left over, or get enough money to use Rift Barricades, you can force any survivors of this box through the lower "library" section where you have a stretch of ceiling as well.
