Does this game have matchmaking?
As the title suggests, does this game have matchmaking or do you have to know someone that already has the game to play multiplayer?

Nope, you can join a lobby but I tried for like 1-2 hours earlier (not straight just checking every now and then) and most of the rooms like 90% of the rooms are password locked. The other 10% are console players who are afk, watching tv (can hear their mics) and the other ones are people who just leave on wave 2.

Honestly my experience with online is really bad. I am on gamepass though so steam might have a totally different experience than mine.

TLDR: no matchmaking just hosting/joining lobbies
