it's a spin-off title with a different format.
4 player co-op roguelite which culminates as an infinite 'scramble' mode.
that's why it's called OMD:Deathtrap instead of OMD4
there is a very basic story premise that's been revealed so far:
vorwick is pepsi and various orc generals are fighting for the spot of 'leader' of the horde.
I even like this kind of thing. A cool vision from the devs. I think I love this game.
btw how is it roguelite (aside from random events)? I know it says "Rogue-lite Build Options" on the storepage but what does that entail actually? You start every game from like level 1 or something?
Thanks for the read. So, basically random "map events" and "random rewards" after waves. Got it.
i have a bad feeling about this...
some who play for characters
some who play for story
obviously checking all the boxes would be ideal, but some OMD is better than no OMD XD
and hopefully 'some OMD' will lead to even more OMD ♪
i F with games like gunfire reborn n the likes so i hope this has a lot of interesting content to it to keep me wanting to replay it over n over
