Are the elixirs one time use?
I was wondering if you could only use an elixir once, and would have to buy it again.

after use it still shows up in the shop so it can be bought again.

Just pay attention: If you reenter the main menu the potion will be gone.
(If you leave a run via quicksave the potion is still equipped after reload)
