does anyone know what achievement for the blue noel palette im tweakin out over here cant find it for the life of me .

Noel's Otherworldly Attire skin, which is basically ICEY's color pallete for Noel, is available during ICEY's first level, instead of going to the right, you go all the way to the left, and reach up to a platform.
