Action-Key on Controller isn't working

I connected my Xbox controller to my pc a couple hours ago. I checked all the buttons in steam layout and reconfigured the keys in Blazblue Entropy Effect to my liking. All the keys work except the "Action-Key". I already tried switching the buttons around but that didn't help. I tried it on my laptop and it works great but when I played on my controller again, the "Action-Key" was the only button not working. I'm wondering if there is anything I can do on my end to get the "Action-Key- working in Blazblue Entropy Effect for my controller. Thank you for your advice and comments.
