How do I progress the story?
I'm on the quest "Pass the Torch" and have no idea what to do. I've made it to the Omega sector twice already since taking this quest but the story is not progessing. Am I missing something? Do I need to beat Susanoo?

Check your current objective in the Start menu. It will always tell you what you need to do. In general, to advance the story you need to talk to the various NPCs in the home lobby, then do runs as needed to complete the objectives they give you. It's not like Dead Cells where you're always in the world and it's just a matter of beating the bosses.

Thanks for the reply. The objective says "Use your Legacy to complete one Mind Training session". I understand that Mind Training is a playthrough of the main game, I guess my question is: what does it mean by "Use your Legacy" ?

legacy is your previous character you use on the mind training, after u select playable character, u will select the "legacy" so use a different character. because u cant use the same character as your legacy.

example : u cant use hakumen legacy when playing as hakumen,
u should use like hakumen + other character, any character that different.

im in a similar boat ... and now despite being able to make it to basically the end of the game i have to grind out points with a character i'm worn out on to unlock a new character to even progress the story. make it make sense.
