what are his universal attacks and skills? I got the potential that lets me enhance them but I can't figure out what they are.

Universal Skills are anything that consumes MP. Universal Attacks are anything that doesn't. There's a loading tip that says it, but if not for that, I wouldn't have figured it out. The names could be a bit more clear.
