Report a translation problem
It feels really good for me on mouse and key. I will try it with my controller and see. Once she is unlocked she does stagger in the normal mode I found.
I actually agree with the special mind training. It wasn't very fun for me. She is cracked though outside of it.

Enemies need to have a symbol on them. They usually get it after ~4 hit combo
I think you press RB/R1 once the armor breaks(?) to teleport behind an enemy, but it's a bit hard to pay attention to when it happens when you're fighting 10 other enemies. Haven't tested it enough to figure out if it's for armor break or stagger.
Probably great for evasion, but dash is superior
