How to get 1200 rating on a prototype?

Got to mind upload V, which requires 5 prototypes of 1200 rating. From my 16 runs I have only 1 of higher than 1200. And my last run I beat Susanoo and still got something like 1150.

What do I need to do to make my rating higher? What it accounts for? Like speed (though last run was pretty fast), damage taken, do I need to take out optional bosses in final level?

If my memories serve me right, I was able to get ~1200 rating by completing a run on Entropy 10.
I always kill the Two Bosses in the final level.

Pretty sure it's based on the number of upgrades you have, so taking optional bosses and taking upgrades over healing whenever possible helps. I could comfortably reach 1300+ with 0 entropy. Unless something's changed in a recent patch.

Entropy does not matter, upgrades do. The more upgrades you have the higher your rating will be. It's FAR easier to get a high rating on entropy 0 than it is for 10. Just get more upgrades instead of resting and it should be easy.
