Any tips for a 100 Entropy run?

Been trying to do a 100 Entropy run with Lambda 11, but dang it does feel a bit luck based considering that you have no choice in terms of tactics, and the Exchange prices are insanely high. It really feels as though it comes down to the potentials you get.

So far, I've gotten to NAN-Fire in Sakura City, but that's where my last run ended. Anyone got some experience in this?

Not much other than you better practice no hit runs before you even start trying. If you can't do a near no hit run you're basically wasting your time. Building any sort of tankiness is also a waste of time as you'll be wanting to stack as much DPS as possible while not getting hit at all. Then you add onto the fact that you can't see what you're picking more than half the time so it's just an RNG-fest. Because you need to beat that clear timer you basically need a fast glass cannon DPS. I would probably use ragna tbh since he's so easy to use compared to other characters and can maintain his own HP pool while having absurd DPS.

If you're having a skill issue that's fine, I'm not having any issues with ragna. He's one of the easiest characters to play if you have a brain, land your hits, and don't play like a pansy. I was one shotting bosses with my super without buffing their HP. If that doesn't tell you that he has both high damage along with high survivability from his HP absorb I don't know what to tell you. Susanoo couldn't even kill me because I would just heal a third of my 3k HP bar with a single ability.

Ragna + Hakumen link = never taking damage and if you do who gives a **** because you have super armor and take reduced damage. For the exact same reason why Haku can be busted also makes Ragna busted, except ragna isn't slow and has an easier time activating his abilities. He also takes FAR less skill to use and his DPS output is stupid if you actually build his abilities for DPS which is what you should be doing since you're on the clock AND your heal is based off it.

yeah, i've decided to tone down the entropy for a bit. im mainly having trouble with the timer, it always seems to be a run killer early on. ive thought about using the mind crystals that enhance the chances of getting certain tactic types, to make getting the ones i want/need easier. but man, without any healing it's just a long gauntlet.

so far i've disabled the entropy that disables choosing your tactics and potentials. will prob try again when i've gotten alot better at perfecting bosses.

The main thing is just getting good RNG and good damage. Anything that increases health is useless since you will probably be 2-3 shotted regardless and that timer means DPS or go home when the enemies have 90% more HP (including the bosses). I tried the 90% HP and actually made it to susanoo. Too bad I suck at dodging a third to half his crap so I died due to my HP ticking down like a time bomb 😂 If you can run perfect bosses I don't think it would be too hard but that's probably going to take fighting each boss at least a good dozen times to learn their quirks.

Just tried it for myself and man is this time limit rough. So there are a few mind augs you are 100% going to need at max level the first being combo, kill streak is just not that useful overall. Next you'll want an escape death, you're probably going to need it for the bosses. If you don't want to take it you don't have to, choose a DPS option instead. Next are both the skill and attack damage increases for obvious reasons. And the last one you need is rest removing debuffs. After every single boss you get 3 new ones with no real way to remove them. The only way to consistently do so is by resting even though it won't really heal any of your HP. Some debuffs are meh, others are gamebreaking and they add up fast. Anything else you want to take is up to you but I HIGHLY recommend things that buff your DPS at this point as bosses have a ton of HP. It's highly likely your HP will just keep ticking down so you're going to need to understand each and every single one of the bosses moves, be patient and counter them safely.

Edit: Elite damage buff is mandatory, take it.

Oh yeah, spamming an attack that hits on both sides and requires the use of only one command defintely requires those conditions.

i got pretty far with universal potential - super armor hakumen and 20% hp dmg taken cap in blackmarket

strategy wise, skip all shop spaces, only go to the omega space shop
and 1st and 2nd boss should be a free debuff cure, but i wouldnt reset if i got hit

The one factor I don't know how to get past is the time limit which starts draining your HP as soon as it runs out.

I can see myself completing it with Ragna using Carnage Scissors, but not with any of the other characters.

You can cheese with Rachel infinite dash. Other than than, your best bet is getting 9 revivals from black market, time limit alone can't kill you, so you can tank 9 hits. And take all damage upgrades
