the game is Stuttering...

no matter what i do from HHD to changing it to SSD and it still has the same stutters either intro or midgame or using my attacks in the beginning middle or end it keeps stuttering how is this getting fixed?? its so distracting i never had issues like this on a Hades / any other roguelike game.

I don't know, but put up your system specs, it could help the devs figure out if you're just under spec or there might be a configuration they need to optimize for.

You can try lowering your resolution. It'll look bad but the game will probably run a lot better

im playing on a macbook 2020 M1 16GB ram
but even so every heavy roguelite game works fine. i already moved the files over to SSD i saw someone had the same problem w a harddrive but still happens to me.

Graphics is already in Low and its still the same :(

On release played for 3 hours and it was fine, now though today it's unplayable.

update : slightly not stuttering surprisingly this time. idk what happened but, with that i was able to finish the run the stuttering is still relevant when i was fighting soosano maybe because i just got introduced to it but pls bump this cuz they need to fix whatever issue they have with these stutters

It's likely something related to shader caching, my first run on every stage usually has some heavy stuttering (Especially the first stage of my first run in a session) but the game runs fine in successive runs after the first one. I do notice far more stuttering on my first run after a few updates than on release day, but at least the first full run fixes things up, and luckily I play quite a few of them on every session.

i had the same problem on day one, the second time i launched the game. I solved the problem uninstalling the game and installing again. never had this problem since then.

yeah def it is shader caching related, i somehow still got the stutters no matter how many runs ive done.

We have added shader pre-compilation in the update on September 1st. Just upgrade the game and check if it helps.
