Nope, this is an officially licensed BlazBlue game approved (and with permission) by Arc System Works. This isn't the first time 91Act did a BB title, as the currently global (mobile) version of BlazBlue: Revolution Reburning still has its servers up to this day, lol.

They used to have a different mobile game with the Dengeki Bunko: Fighting Climax characters in "Crossing Void", but that has since shut down a while back.

Good insight. Any idea who's publishing this? Asking because A) Chinese and B) striking resemblance to the recently cancelled Neon Echo. Like some assets/effects/abilities are too similar to not be suspicious. If this is Billibilli behind it i'd steer clear as they fired the Neon Echo team and it's possible that they are re-using those assets again which would be very unfair towards the Neon Echo devs.

Looks like it's being self-published, but then again so did Neon Echo. As far as assets go, I didn't really see any matching assets in any of the trailers, though there's a few similar concepts which are sort of forced just by the roster being who they are and this being an ac/plat roguelite. (Noelle's almost always used a guns akimbo fighting style when she can help it, Jin's always been based around Iado, Nu's never been lacking in weird visual effects off her deployed blades. This is similar to Neon Echo, but all three of these characters have been playable in every Blazblue that isn't dubbed with the joke moniker "blazbloo", so it'd be a REAL odd omission to suddenly not have them playable)
