I reached the ending of the demo, however I still have the Chicken Drumstick and also can't progress with the homeless guy - only says "Don't worry about me".
Any guidance on these two points ?

That is probably not accessible at this time since there is only 1 girl in the demo. 2nd room, 2nd girl.

I have gotten stuck at the point where I can listen to hear on the TV, I can't seem to find out what happens next. I have tried putting underwear in the blue bag at the Drama Club but it won't work. Any pointers?

Click the blue text
Then spy her room when boy is visiting and playing on the console.
Once you have all the blue text information, you will be able to talk to the girl.

I have a question, on misaki clue where it stated
"collect all keyword and clue to advance to the next area.
after collecting the keyword, receive misaki mission from bulletin board" is it the end of demo or there still more?

When you recieve mission from Misaki and come to fix pipe it will be one CGI and then finish

go on cams and go to rooms and watch her bed area untill she stands up then thats how

Which is to say, she will get up from her bed in the morning. She will then be clickable.
