One other thing you could do is set up some payee rename rules, which make the payee far more readable: http://www.youneedabudget.com/support/article/payee-settings

It's a brilliant tool and absolutely indispensable with silly payees who insist on putting a date in the payee field instead of the memo, making them appear as twenty different payees when I do a report -_-;
Now I have tons of rules for those and it makes everything much easier to read indeed, thanks!
