Reset YNAB
I like to start over in my YNAB.
How can I delete all and start again ?

File -> Make a Fresh Start...

What Stylius said - that will keep your existing accounts and category setup, but the numbers will be cleared, and any transactions will be erased.

If you just want an entirely new file, you can go File -> Create a New Budget...
