Import from YNAB to YNAB 4?

I currently have the subscription program which is good but expensive.

It is possible to import history from the subscription based YNAB back to YNAB 4 so I can cancel the subscription and save some money?

Honestly - just use Actual. It's open source, very low cost hosting (or free if you host yourself) and has a really nice feature set.
YNAB isn't the only option now.
