Income by payee

Is there a way to get an "income by payee" report ?

I'm aware of the income vs expenses report,
but i'd like sometihing in the style of the spending by payee report

Not for income, no (the Income V Expenses report shows income broken down by payee).
You can export that report and open it in Excel or something to turn it into a graph if you'd like though (ctrl/cmd-E).
