Binding stone problem

So i have the achievement where all 4 binding stones have been collected so i know i'm not going mad, but I only have 3 in my inventory. I received the quest so it isn't the same bug as others have reported but can someone tell me how to dupe a binding stone. thanks!!

Did you find one if the Forest Shrine? I beat all the monsters and there is no binding stone. What does it look like?

Go back in and keep looking. It's in there. Looks like a white stone on the ground

It looks like a pearl, i think its near a lantern in that shrine
