How to make icons smaller in Display Fusions Taskbar. Win 11

I had success with the mandatory taskbar for the primary monitor using ExplorerPatcher, but to my disappointment that did not also affect the Display Fusion Taskbar.

Is this possible?

Good news, I managed to get the main taskbar off the primary monitor and align it to my preference, so I am no longer reliant on Display Fusion for this function. However, it would still be a useful feature to make the icons smaller in Display Fusions taskbar.

In the Settings > Advanced Settings window, you can set the "Horizontal Taskbar Button Size" setting to a value in pixels for the size. If you want to shrink the taskbar height as well, you can right-click the taskbar and navigate to Multi-Monitor Taskbar > Size to set it to a custom size in pixels.

Those options did not change anything for me.

I took a couple screenshots of Display Fusion taskbar, after enabling those options, and rebooting the program (it also looked the same before I changed the either of those options to be enabled), and the third screenshot is my windows taskbar which is how I was trying to make Display Fusions taskbar look. There is a significant difference, not even counting the icon size alone.

Do you see what I am trying to accomplish? Is it possible with Display Fusion? It loosk liek a lot of work has yet to be done for full windows 11 compatibility. The way DF is handling the system tray is pretty bad as well.

Thanks for the screenshot, that helps! We've put this on our list to investigate further, I think we probably need to tweak the way the advanced setting works.
