Snipping Tool on second monitor won't open

If I take a screen shot using Snipping tool, sometimes the icon for Snipping Tool will show up on the secondary monitor in a minimized state, and will not display if I click on it.

If i mouse over the tool's icon, then move my mouse over the thumbnail of the screenshot, clicking Restore and/or Maximize will not bring the tool to the foreground and will stay minimized.

I'm only able to close it and try again. This has been happening for a long time, and it's finally reached the annoying mark to see if anyone else has the same issue.

OS - Windows 11

Sorry, small clarification. The cause of this is if the snipping tool is on the second monitor when I select the "new" button to take the screen shot. If the tool is on the primary monitor there's no issue

This is a known issue unfortunately. The Snipping Tool app doesn't behave well when on multiple monitors and it doesn't give DisplayFusion the right data to work with it. If we find a way to fix it up from our end in the future, we will be sure to let you know.
