I noticed that now even through the Nvidia Control Panel my system wouldn't let my large display go into 4k@60hz anymore, it would only work in 4k@30hz. I looked for a solution for that and I found this on the Nvidia site:
>Navigate to Nvidia control panel by either right clicking on your desktop and selecting it, or in your notification drawer.
>Make sure Dynamic Super Resolution is OFF.
>Go to the resolutions section, under all of your resolutions, select 'Create Custom Resolution'.
>You should have all of the settings for 4k@30hz filled in already, if not, make sure you have 4k@30hz resolution applied before doing this.
>Change the Refresh rate to 60hz, dont press test yet as you'll get an error saying you already have this resolution.
>On the bottom part (Timing) of the section, change it from Automatic to Manual on the drop down list.
>Finally, the bottom right of the window should be refresh rate, change click the up arrow once to change it to: 60.0001 and click test.
The setting should automatically apply if it works, if not just select from the resolutions, it should be at the top.
This will STILL work with your monitor, giving you a new 4k@60hz resolution that works perfectly :)
The thing is, not only did that fix my 4k@60hz problem, now for whatever reason DisplayFusion is also back to full functionality. DisplayFusion will change resolutions now freely and monitor configurations are back to working now too.
I have no clue why this worked at all, but I thought I'd post it so maybe the devs can get some insight and maybe this will help someone else too.
Thanks!

Thanks!
edit: Nevermind, managed to fix it by recreating the monitor profiles
