Differences between free and paid versions? What are they? Is free version just a trial that expires with time? Does it have any things, that can make making games harder? Will I be able to publish my game using the free version? And where can I publish it?

You can email people your games in an .HTML format.
No, it works the same, making games will be just as easy
And Yes, you can publish, however, you cannot earn ANY money from the fre version.

You can export the games you create in the free version into HTML5 games using the free version. However, you will need the paid version to export to things like iOS, android, windows store and some other ones. In the free version you aren't allowed as many special effects in a game and also some features aren't available. But the free version has most of the paid version's content. You will have to upload your html game somewhere before it can be played, like dropbox (new accounts can't upload games without a premium paid dropbox account) or scirra arcade (what is free). Once you have uploaded the game, you can send the link to a friend.
