Construct 2 Personal license not registered as bought

So i bought a Construct 2 Personal license in 2013 and have used it ever since. I downloaded the free edition in order to get the beta updates and make the engine open up in the personal version that i have paid for. But a week ago it just started to decide to not work anymore.

It sent me to the free edtion and put out ads buy Construct 2 i was puzzled i checked the steam store page and lo and behold it does not say that i have bought the license. I am so mad why is this happening! I am in the middle of game making been designing it for quite some time and then this happens!!!! I talked to Scirra which sent me to talk to steam and steam just sent me to these forums and i cannot find my specific issue here anywhere.

I am seriously afraid of deleting the personal licens of my software list as i am pretty sure its my only proof of actually have bought, owning it at this point.
I really need some serious help with this issue its annyoing to say the least.

When you click on library->software-->construct 2 personal should be there.
I had the same issue twice, once i just had to run construct 2 personal under admin and the other i restarted my pc and issue was solved.

The problem though is when i go to the steam store page it says "Buy Construct 2 personal" Aswell as "Use now" why is that? tried opening it as Admin but no change will try and restart as you said hopefully that will solve it.

i don't know why and it seems to be a recurrent problem. When i go to the steam store page it says "buy Construct 2 personal" too , but i can use construct 2 personal.
I avoid using Construct 2 Free as it seems to be triggering the problem.
It's a really annoying problem when it happens as you can't get access to construct 2 personal.
