100% achievement bugged

ive completed every level at 100% and ive even replayed random levels 2 or 3 different times and it still wont unlock

Assuming it can be obtained continuing from an early access save, you'll need to redo levels you've previously completed in EA since the enemy counts and placement have changed. It's worth mentioning that the level completion stats include finding and destroying all of the clocks as well.

Wait a sec.. i don't have find all photos, newspapers etc. I've miss three of them.. It could be this.

im only missing a couple of the prayers ill try grabbing the last ones and see if that fixes it ive got all the photos and papers already

ok i got the last 2 prayers i needed got the PHD in madness achiev fine but still no 100% must just be bugged still

It's a pretty straightforward achievement. You need 100% kills, secrets and clocks for every level in the game.

Approaching the cell doors representing previously completed levels in the hub will show you what you're missing. I had to replay a couple of levels for a few missing clocks, then complete another level from the hub before it worked for me. The game hasn't been updated since I did it, so it definitely works.

ive tried that mate, all doors are at 100% ive replayed levels several times i even collected all other collectables and got all pages of the book still wont pop

Same here. Fresh save, signs in hub all say 100%, even checked the details, no achievement. Tried starting new game, new game+, restarted game multiple times, etc. just does not pop.
Replay any level from that 100% save (have to finish it) and it should pop. Still some weird bug.

Yeah, this part is known and happens to everyone it seems like. I'm guessing the developers just forgot to make the game check completion stats upon defeating the last boss, so it never prompts the achievement to pop.

I'm assuming he's either missing a secret or enemy somewhere or he didn't beat the last boss on his 100% save, load the save and replay a level to the end to make it pop. Seeing as it pops whenever people complete any already finished level, the game obviously performs the check every single time you finish a level (again, excluding the last boss).

I dont think you seem to understand so let me break it down for you on a 3rd grade reading level

when the game released into its full release i started a new save file, i then beat the game and then went back and collected all the secrets and clocks i missed and reached 100% completion on every single level, i have double triple quadruple checked every single level in the game is at 100% completion i have replayed upwards of 8 different levels to completion since that seemed to fix the issue for some people still nothing I even have the every clock achievement and have collected all the book pages i uninstalled and reinstalled the game, all of this on a single save file and still nothing

This helps to unlock bugged achievs! Or those multiplayer/online co-op achievs that are no longer available or game servers are shut down etc ... (i don't advise to use this in any MMO or such)
