Video problem.
Don't know whats wrong with my game becuz i'm getting video problems for exmpl:the intro video is cut in half top half is black and bottom half i can see same problem with the tutorial videos.Can anyone explain to me what the issue is and the way to fix it?

Just came here to check if this problem was isolated to myself. Apparently not. There's a workaround in the bugs forum. http://steamcommunity.com/app/227220/discussions/1/846958724666336521/

A windows update messed with some sort of video decoder (issue is affecting other programs like adobe premiere also). Follow the link Early provided for the fix.
